Job DescriptionSalary: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE Summary: The Therapist provides direct therapeutic services for clients enrolled in The Annexs PHP, IOP and OP programs, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing, recovery, and improved mental health outcomes. Therapists engage in individual, family, and group counseling; participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning; and provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director. Supervisory Responsibilities: β’ Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create treatment plans., β’ Provide individual, group, and family therapy., β’ Maintain clinical documentation in EMR system., β’ Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams., β’ Maintain effective and continuity of care by collaborating with referents and external professionals through consistent, timely, confidential and high-quality communication that upholds The Annex's standard of excellence., β’ When clinically appropriate and with proper consent, communicate with family and loved ones following The Annexs communication protocols., β’ Conduct crisis interventions and develop safety plans., β’ Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)., β’ Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills., β’ Crisis intervention proficiency., β’ Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams., β’ Cultural competence and client advocacy., β’ Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology., β’ Current Texas licensure (PhD, LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LMFT, or Associate)., β’ 2+ years clinical experience preferred., β’ CPR/First Aid certification, TB clearance, and valid Texas Drivers License required.
