This includes setup, troubleshooting, site visits, and working directly with customers and partners. • Configure and maintain networking environments (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, QoS, firewalls, POE, VOIP systems), • Perform customer site surveys and equipment installs, • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve escalated support tickets, • Collaborate with internal teams on provisioning and MAC work, • Help customers deploy software/apps to keep services running When you're ready for a more senior role, as a Senior Field Network Technician you'll also: • Mentor and train other team members, • Lead complex incidents and escalations, • Update internal documentation, knowledge bases, and SOPs Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent, • Solid experience with PC/network troubleshooting, • Working knowledge of CAT3/5/6 wiring & standards, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Associate degree or equivalent work experience, • Hands-on knowledge of VOIP systems, hosted phone platforms, • Familiarity with firewalls, network equipment, and telecom protocols, • Completing field tickets efficiently and correctly the first time, • Keeping re-dispatches under 20% Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license or ability to access transportation to attend work group and organization meetings is necessary.
