Job Description Position Title: Psychiatrist (MD/DO) Locations: Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas, United States Workplace Type: Hybrid (Flexible scheduling and on-site requirement) Job Type: Full-Time, W2 Minimum Experience: 1+ Years Required Travel: 0-10% About the Role: We are expanding our psychiatry services and inviting Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a large, APA-accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team provides evidence-based, compassionate care for adults and adolescents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We prioritize empathy, collaboration, and innovative treatment, especially for mood disorders and complex presentations. Your Role: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents., • Provide care in person at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices., • Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care., • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation., • Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees., • Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration. Qualifications (Psychiatrists MD/DO): • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry., • Licensed in Texas with an active, unencumbered DEA., • Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations., • TMS experience preferred., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills., • Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
