Responsibilities include performing intake assessments, managing urgent and chronic conditions, and collaborating with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams. You will work closely with Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies, nursing staff, and on-site services including radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, dental, and nutrition services. You will also coordinate care with external hospitals when higher-level care is required and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
