Position: RN-Mother Baby (Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-Mother Baby for a 13-week contract in Arlington, Texas — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Responsibilities * Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns. * Participate in professional development and training programs. * Monitor and assess patients' health status and progress. * Engage in performance evaluations and goal setting. * Educate families on newborn care and maternal health. * Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. * Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. * Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. * Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on feedback. * Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. * Manage time effectively to meet patient care needs. * Support a positive team environment and culture. Experience/Qualifications * Current RN license in Texas with a focus on maternal and newborn care. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and training programs. * Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success. * Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, particularly in mother-baby units. * Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in a healthcare setting. * Eager to receive feedback and improve nursing practices accordingly. * Strong communication skills for educating families on newborn care. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. * Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize patient needs. * Proficient in documenting patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
