This role is for experienced musicians and educators who run structured, intentional lessons, maintain high standards, and consistently drive measurable student progress. The RoleYou will coach students to become confident, versatile keyboardists by developing: • Technique (hand position, dexterity, coordination, control), • Music theory and keyboard literacy, • Improvisation and stylistic fluency (rock, pop, etc.), • Reading, ear training, and repertoire development, • Stage readiness for live performanceThis is not a just play songs environment. We expect focused, outcome-driven instruction from first-time beginners to advanced players.
