This position oversees the daily execution of e-commerce logistics, including inventory accuracy, order picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support online sales initiatives. The role will also manage reverse logistics processes for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels, ensuring efficient handling of returned merchandise through inspection and re-stocking. This supervisor will ensure that both outbound and inbound logistics align with Ferragamo’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and luxury service.
