Job DescriptionDescription: Job Details We are a leading printing and direct mail services company seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to support sales professional. This role involves assisting with project coordination, quality checks, and client communications to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with sales presentations, including preparing materials and samples., • Generate quotes and production schedules for printing and direct mail projects., • Conduct daily follow-ups with production teams and clients to keep projects on track., • Perform image audits, sample reviews, and billing verifications. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication for client and team interactions., • High attention to detail for quality reviews and error prevention., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Knowledge of printing processes, direct mail regulations (e.g., USPS), and basic graphic design., • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities., • Project management skills, including multitasking and adaptability., • Analytical skills for data accuracy and vendor coordination., • Initiative, reliability, and learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • 5 years of experience in printing and direct mail services; high school diploma required, associate’s degree a plus. Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk add to our Warehouse team. The primary responsibility for this role is to prepare outgoing shipments, organize warehouse inventory, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and communicate within the shipping team. Accuracy is vital in this role to ensure the right items are picked, the correct lot numbers are assigned, and the order is fulfilled within service level agreement time. No Experience Necessary! We will train for this role! Responsibilities: • Manage the shipment of products, materials, and supplies, • Prepare customer orders for shipment.
