Summary: The Maintenance Helper will handle and perform a variety of non-technical, non-licensed mechanical, electrical maintenance, HVAC, painting, carpentry, custodial, plumbing, general repair, and other handyperson tasks related to overall building maintenance for a new mixed-use residential and commercial building in Flushing, Queens. The Maintenance Helper will report to, and work under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager. During light snow or ice, apply granulated salt compound or alternative immediately to avoid slippage., • Report any illegal activities or conduct, suspected and / or witnessed, on the part of any tenants or visitors at or around the building.
