What you’ll be doing: • Own the commercial finance relationship across a portfolio of major clients, including businesses with a global scope, • Partner directly with clients on pricing, commercial negotiations, reporting and ongoing financial matters, • Work across new business opportunities, contract and MSA negotiations, pricing structures and commercial terms, • Partner with business leaders on staffing plans and utilization, ensuring client teams are structured appropriately and profitably, • Analyze client and account profitability, identifying risks and opportunities and driving actions to improve commercial performance, • Own forecasting, budgeting and ongoing P&L management across your portfolio, • Oversee revenue recognition, accruals, journals and other key accounting activities, • Partner with procurement teams and vendors on commercial negotiations, • Ensure financial and commercial obligations are being met across complex client agreements, • Lead, develop and mentor two direct reports while working closely with senior finance leadership, • Operate autonomously at a strategic level while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves when needed What we’re looking for: • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, • Experience within a media agency environment, • Ideally operating at Associate Director or recently promoted Director level, • Strong commercial finance experience with exposure to client profitability, pricing, contracts and revenue management, • The ability to combine a strong accounting foundation with a genuinely commercial mindset, • Experience partnering directly with senior clients and internal business leaders, • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, • Previous people management experience, • Someone comfortable owning a significant portfolio and operating with a high degree of autonomy

Remote role but must be able to pick up and drop off equipment in Newark, NJ Responsible for performing care coordination duties using established guidelines to ensure appropriate level of care as well as planning for the transition to the continuum of care for specialty populations. This position implements interventions to ensure efficient utilization of benefits. o Assess member’s clinical need against establish guidelines and/or standards for specialty population-based members. o Implement the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care based on a customized population model of care supported by clinical practice guidelines established by the plan. o Partner with the member/family, physician, and all members of the healthcare team to ensure the member’s needs are met, internal and external to this organization. Advocate for the member among various sites to coordinate resource utilization. o Utilize the care management process to set priorities, plan, organize, and implement interventions that are goal directed toward self-care outcomes, and the transition to independent status. o Ensure care for mandated non-compliant members through the monitoring of utilization. o Document accurately and comprehensively based on the standards of practice and current organization policies. o Evaluate care by problem solving, analyzing variances, and participating in quality improvement to enhance member outcomes. o Monitor member’s care activities, regardless of the site of service or network participation, and outcomes for appropriateness and effectiveness. o Consult with internal stakeholders on complex cases and escalate as appropriate to internal physician resources. o Complete other assigned functions as requested by management. o Graduate level degree in Social Work or Health and Behavioral Science preferred. o Requires a minimum of two (2+) years’ experience serving members with special needs. Knowledge: o Requires strong knowledge of the standards of practice for case managers. o Requires strong knowledge of managed care principles. o Requires strong knowledge of specialty population, as applicable.
