The Vice President, Employee Health Services serves as the senior clinical executive of RWJBarnabas Health’s Employee Health & Wellness division, providing enterprise-wide leadership for all clinical operations within Corporate Care/Employee Health. This physician leader is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and advancing clinical protocols, quality systems, safety practices, and regulatory compliance. The VP also supports the business development efforts of the division as the clinical expert who meets with external clients and provides clinical oversight to all external corporate care contracts. This role blends 50% active clinical practice with 50% administrative and strategic leadership, ensuring both hands-on clinical excellence and high-level clinical oversight of system-wide initiatives.
