Job Description Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators is seeking an experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator with strong TIG and MIG welding experience to fabricate high-end architectural metal systems for commercial construction projects. Union enrollment and benefits. Responsibilities • Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel., • Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication blueprints., • Fabricate, fit, and assemble architectural metal components., • Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards., • Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a safe work area., • Work with shop supervisors to meet production schedules. Qualifications • 3-5 years of welding/fabrication experience., • TIG and MIG welding proficiency., • Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel., • Ability to read fabrication drawings., • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship., • Reliable with a strong work ethic., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
