Job DescriptionDescription: The Program Coordinator, assigned to the Condom Distribution Program (CDP) and grant funded by the Arizona Department of Health Services, is responsible for managing administrative tasks, inventory, and volunteer coordination related to the mail-order distribution of condoms throughout Arizona. This includes planning and organizing the ordering process, inventory management, procurement, progress reports, and shipping and packing. They will work closely with the Outreach and Community Engagement Manager to coordinate resources and volunteers. This will include communicating with volunteers to ensure mail order deliveries are timely. The Program Coordinator will also coordinate regular pop-up events at our facility and participate in community events to distribute condom packs and promote the program to consumers as defined by specific initiatives to reduce HIV/STI transmission in Arizona. This position demands a high level of cultural competency in the unique needs of communities of color, particularly those in Hispanic/Latino and Black/African American communities, and among the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
