Windows OS (Win 10, 11) IT FIELD Engineer Position Overview • Responsible for going onsite to our client's offices., • Will require 90% travel time between Dade and/or Broward counties., • A typical day schedule starts the day at our office in Coral Gables. PC pickup and drop off from the previous day. Then leave the office by 8:30am and spend the rest of the day going to our Dade or Broward customer sites., • Good planning, organizing, and execution of IT functions for our company. Key responsibilities includes client relations, level 1 and level 2 help desk IT support tasks as well as project development and execution. Additional duties are managing and supporting existing IT operations and applications to meet customer requirements, as well as development of new technical solutions.
