About This Role The Associate Director, Nephrology Market Access Strategy is accountable for shaping and executing the US payer and reimbursement strategy for future nephrology launches. This role owns the translation of brand ambition into actionable access strategy and payer-facing marketing execution, ensuring that pricing, evidence, reimbursement, and channel tactics collectively enable optimal patient access. About This Role The Senior Director of HCP Marketing (Transplant Nephrology) will be a critical role and visible leader within the US Nephrology Franchise, leading, planning and executing sophisticated HCP activation and educational strategies for several upcoming launches.
