Role: VP -Enterprise Strategic Partnerships (EU) | Advisor & Operating Partner Type: Head / C-level Strategic Partnerships Consultant (Part-time | Retainer + Success Fee) Location: EU | Remote-friendly Platform: INNOFarms.AI — Enterprise-First AI Intelligence Platform for Food Supply Systems About INNOFarms.AI INNOFarms.AI is an enterprise-first AI intelligence platform for food supply systems, enabling end-to-end visibility, forecasting, traceability, ESG compliance, and supply risk intelligence across supplier farm networks. We serve AgriFood enterprises, food retailers, F&B groups, processors, distributors, and government-linked food security programs, providing a single enterprise AI Intelligence dashboard to monitor, predict, and control supply before disruptions occur, powered by our Farm Intelligence & Automation Suite on the ground. We are actively expanding across the EU (Spain, Netherland, Germany), with deployments, MoUs signed, and strong enterprise pull driven by food security mandates, import dependency, and ESG requirements. Role Overview We are seeking a senior enterprise partnerships leader to drive the adoption of our Enterprise Intelligence Suite across the EU. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role designed for a senior BD professional who already sells into large AgriFood, food retail, FMCG, hospitality, and government-linked enterprises in the region (i.e. FairPrice, SATS, CP Group, Wilmar, Indofood, Japfa) You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, owning enterprise introductions, pilots, and commercial activations. What You Will Own Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships • Identify, engage, and qualify large EU enterprise buyers for the Enterprise Intelligence Suite, • Open and manage relationships with:, • Food retailers & large F&B / HoReCa groups, • Food processors, distributors & importers, • AgriFood & supply-chain enterprises, • Engage CPOs, COOs, Heads of Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Operations, • Drive sandbox pilots, PoCs, and phased enterprise deployments, • Convert pilots into multi-year enterprise subscriptions, • Enable rollout across supplier farm networks (10–50+ farms per enterprise), including:, • Local commercial farms, • Contracted regional & international suppliers Pipeline & Market Development • Build a qualified EU enterprise pipeline focused on high-ACV accounts, • Identify strategic ecosystem partners:, • AgriFoodTech providers, • Farm management & setup companies, • Cold chain, logistics, and ESG programs, • Support discussions with government food security initiatives, sovereign-linked entities, and PPP programs Who This Role Is For • 8–15+ years in enterprise BD, partnerships, or strategic sales, • Background in AgriFood, FMCG, food retail, HoReCa, supply chain, FoodTech, or enterprise SaaS, • Existing relationships with GCC enterprise buyers such as:, • Large Food retailers, F&B groups, Hospitality chains, • Government-linked food security entities, Food Program Agencies., • Major distributors & processors, • Agribusiness- Seed/Input Manufacturers & R&D Entity, • Proven ability to sell platform/transformation solutions, not point products, • Comfortable with consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, • Strong regional credibility and cultural fluency within GCC Compensation Structure This role is designed for senior operators with strong regional networks and meaningful upside. Base Retainer + Success-Based Upside • EUR 1000 – 2,000 / month base retainer (paid against agreed monthly KPI framework), • EUR 2500 per enterprise paid pilot signed, • EUR 3,000 or/+ 5% of first-half year ARR for each enterprise commercial activation with a minimum 12-month subscription.
