Administrative & Operations Travel Coordinator Gourmand Breaks – Girona, Catalonia (Hybrid: Remote + Office) About Us Gourmand Breaks is a boutique, high-end receptive travel agency with over 30 years of expertise in designing bespoke food, wine, and cultural journeys across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal. Our comfortable, home-based office in Girona offers a refined yet relaxed working environment, thoughtfully combined with hybrid remote work to support genuine work-life balance (typically 3 days remote, 2 days in-office). The Role We're seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized professional with a background in administration or operations (ideally in travel) to support the operational backbone of our luxury trips. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for full-time or part-time (approximately 75%) , and an immediate start is available. Key Responsibilities Manage reservations and coordinate with premium suppliers (hotels, guides, wineries, etc.) across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal Handle administrative and operational tasks, including supplier payments, invoicing, and accurate record-keeping Provide operational support during live trips: monitoring itineraries, client follow-up via Whats App/email, and coordinating on-the-ground logistics Prepare personalized travel documents and client-facing materials Support smooth day-to-day operations within a small, collaborative team Who We're Looking For Proven experience in administration or operations, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitality Fluent English (written & spoken) – essential, as all client communication is in English Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure Comfortable working autonomously within a small collaborative team Service-driven mindset with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional client experiences Strong advantage: experience with international clients; knowledge of French, Italian, or Portuguese Bonus: a professional background that demonstrates consistency, reliability, and sound judgment What We Offer Stable role within a respected, 30-year-old boutique luxury travel company A positive, harmonious small-team setting that values mutual support and professional respect A flexible hybrid schedule that genuinely supports work-life balance Opportunity to work with inspiring food, wine, and cultural themes and to contribute meaningfully in a low-pressure, client-focused culture Competitive salary, based on experience and agreed working hours How to Apply If you enjoy managing the details that make luxury travel seamless and would like to contribute to thoughtfully crafted European journeys, we would love to hear from you.
