We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Corporate Tax Specialist to join our Tax team. The challenge! You will play a key role in providing day-to-day corporate tax advisory and compliance support across domestic and international business activities, while ensuring robust execution of Spanish tax obligations. This is a hands-on mid-level role with exposure to senior stakeholders, combining strong technical rigor with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive tax advice covering direct and indirect taxation., • Analyze and resolve complex tax queries arising from business operations., • Oversee compliance with tax obligations, including preparation/review of Spanish tax filings and forms, especially Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT., • Participate in tax management, audit/inspection and tax controversy procedures with tax authorities at local, regional and state level., • Prepare and review technical documentation, submissions and appeals in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings., • Support corporate transactions, investment structures and the application of special tax regimes., • Assess domestic and international tax implications of business operations and group activities., • Collaborate with Audit and other Corporate functions on tax reviews and tax-related projects., • Contribute to the transformation of Tax processes, helping drive change, standardization and efficiency in a function undergoing significant evolution., • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, governance, digitalization and the use of new technologies within the Tax area. What do you need? • Degree in Law, Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. A Master’s in Taxation (or similar specialization) is a plus., • 8+ years of experience in corporate taxation, preferably within a professional services firm or international law/tax firm., • Proven experience in Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT., • Strong knowledge of tax procedures and tax audits/inspections., • Experience coordinating teams and managing projects., • Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment, combining strong technical tax expertise with a proactive mindset for transformation and process improvement., • Experience or interest in driving change, simplifying processes and incorporating digital tools/automation into Tax ways of working will be highly valued., • High level of professional English., • Proficiency with tax/legal databases and standard office tools.
