Contamos con un entorno único: vistas a la ciudad, en un parque natural, parking gratuito y sin la saturación del centro de Barcelona. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia premium, cuidada en cada detalle, para socios y no socios del club. El puesto Buscamos Instructor/a de Pilates Reformer (autónomo/a) para dirigir clases en grupos reducidos (máx. 8 personas) y, eventualmente, sesiones personales. Horario: tardes de lunes a viernes, de 18:00 a 21:00 h. Formato: 3 bloques de clase de 1 hora (18:00–19:00, 19:00–20:00, 20:00–21:00). Inicio previsto: 01/09/26 Responsabilidades Impartir clases grupales de Pilates Reformer con foco en técnica, seguridad y motivación. Adaptar ejercicios a distintos niveles y condiciones físicas. Acompañar y fidelizar a los clientes, promoviendo la continuidad. Mantener la sala en perfecto estado (higiene, material, seguridad). Opcional: dirigir sesiones personales (1:1 o dúo). Perfil buscado Certificación oficial en Pilates Reformer (mínimo). Experiencia previa en grupos reducidos. Pasión por el movimiento, la salud y el trato cercano. Capacidad para integrarse en el ambiente de club (deportivo y social). Alta como autónomo/a (imprescindible). Condiciones económicas Remuneración variable por cliente en clase, para incentivar ocupación y calidad: Facturación mensual mediante factura de autónomo/a. In the first part of the internship, the first month, the student will be in the main kitchen of the hotel, where they will be part of various processes and sales points carried out from this kitchen. Resumen del puesto Como Experience Team desempeñarás un papel clave en el éxito operativo y la experiencia del cliente en EDAN Studios. Reportando directamente al Studio Manager. Serás encargado de las operaciones del Domingo. Este papel implica la apertura y cierre del Studio, tareas de mantenimiento básico, reposición y una gestión proactiva del CRM para maximizar las reservas y asistencias de este dia. Responsabilidades Principales 1. Enfoque en Ventas: • Colaborar activamente con el Studio Manager en la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, campañas de captación y consecución de objetivos de ingresos del estudio., • Identificar de forma proactiva oportunidades de venta dentro del recorrido del cliente (prospectos, pruebas, visitas y clientes actuales), maximizando la conversión en cuotas y packs., • Asumir responsabilidad directa sobre el cumplimiento de objetivos individuales y del estudio (ventas mensuales y conversiones)., • Gestionar diariamente los leads entrantes (llamadas, mensajes, CRM y walk-ins), asegurando tiempos de respuesta rápidos, seguimiento estructurado y cierre efectivo de oportunidades. 2. Gestión del CRM: · Controlar y actualizar activamente el sistema CRM para maximizar las reservas diarias y asistencias. · Seguimiento proactivo con los miembros para fomentar la participación continua. 3. Atención al Cliente: • Brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente y ser el punto de contacto principal para los miembros., • Resolver consultas, inquietudes y problemas de los clientes de manera efectiva. 4. Operaciones Diarias: · Abrir y cerrar el estudio según los horarios establecidos. Requisitos · Experiencia previa en roles similares, con experiencia en el departamento de ventas. · Habilidades excepcionales de servicio al cliente y comunicación. · Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones informadas. · Conocimiento básico de sistemas CRM y habilidades en tecnología aplicada a ventas. · Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. · Habilidades en paquetes de Microsoft, específicamente MS Office, Excel y PowerPoint. · Se valorará positivamente conocimiento y experiencia en el sector fitness. · Buen nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito). · Capacidad de gestión emocional siendo capaz de controlar el estrés en situaciones de alto trafico en el estudio manteniendo los standards de calidad de la marca en cuanto al servicio al cliente. Funciones principales: • Impartir diversas actividades dirigidas con profesionalismo., • Atender y guiar a los usuarios en la sala de fitness asegurando un servicio excelente., • Colaborar activamente con el equipo para garantizar la calidad del servicio., • Ofrecer entrenamiento personal a clientes interesados, lo que permite una ampliación de la jornada y salario.
