Main responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Valencia city in order to source and list properties for sale in target areas. Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place. Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers. Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions. Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals. Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity. Requirements Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Valencia’s market and key areas. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes. Advanced in English and Spanish. Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results. Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team. Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person. Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients. Benefits Full-time permanent contract.
