ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION We are building a newly formed Talent, Leadership & Culture COE and are looking for a Global Process Owner Talent & Succession — a hands-on, driven, and strategic builder who can design, implement, and scale future-oriented talent processes across our Business Area. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we identify, grow, and mobilise talent in a global organisation undergoing significant transformation. THIS APPEALS TO YOU Design and establish our global Talent Review & Succession process, including governance, templates, cadence, and decision logic. Integrate DE&I insights and metrics into talent pipeline management. Build and refine frameworks that connect talent, performance, mobility and leadership development. Partner closely with People Partners, HR-IT, Divisions, and other COEs to ensure consistency and alignment. Prepare senior-level dashboards, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decisions. Support the creation of cross-COE processes and the broader People Operating System. THIS IS YOU 5–10 years experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, HR Program Management or HR Operations. Strong experience building or running Talent Review & Succession cycles . Hands-on experience with HRIS systems , ideally SuccessFactors (Performance, Talent, Learning). Analytical mindset (Excel, reporting, dashboards) with a talent for simplifying complexity. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across senior layers and global environments. Experience with program or vendor management, ideally in leadership or L&D contexts. A proactive, structured, impact-oriented working style — you enjoy building , not maintaining.
