La persona seleccionada se encargará de la gestión integral del área laboral de una cartera de clientes, ofreciendo asesoramiento personalizado y garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. Las funciones principales a desarrollar serán la de elaboración de nóminas, seguros sociales (Sistema RED) y liquidaciones. Altas, bajas y variaciones en la Seguridad Social. Gestión de contratos laborales, prórrogas y finiquitos. Confección y presentación de impuestos relacionados (modelo 111, 190, etc.). Asesoramiento a clientes en materia laboral y de convenios colectivos. Gestión de partes de IT/AT y control de ausencias. Contacto con organismos oficiales: SEPE, TGSS, INSS, etc. Como requisitos para el puesto de trabajo necesitamos que se disponga de formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en asesoría. Conocimientos actualizados en normativa laboral y Seguridad Social. Manejo fluido de software de nóminas (ideal A3NOM) y sistemas telemáticos (RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, etc.). Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
