Strong negotiation and influencing skills, adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, business orientation, confidentiality and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Human Resources will be considered a plus.
