We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Barcelona (Spain). This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Development • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different functions., • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles., • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels., • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit., • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners such us Universities and agencies when needed., • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience • Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand in the local market., • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process., • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure proper documentation., • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency., • Partner with managers to identify training and development needs., • Support succession planning and career development initiatives., • Maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment., • Experience recruiting in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus., • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously., • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is required. Portugues languages are an advantage., • Experience with Workday HRIS or other HR systems is preferred., • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
