Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the creation and growth of the Petfood Europe business unit within a multinational chemical group. You will define the BU strategy, structure, and long-term plan, working closely with Ru0026amp;D, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. You will drive growth by setting ambitious targets and overseeing cross-functional execution, while representing the BU in global petfood circles. This is a chance to shape a new strategic business area, partnering with multinational clients and key industry players. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Establish, organize, and lead the BU ensuring readiness, cultural alignment and strategic impact across functions • Define and execute short-, mid-, and long-term commercial and technical strategies aligned with corporate goals • Develop and monitor financial and operational targets including budgets, sales, costs, and margins • Serve as Global Key Account Manager for major industry players when relevant • Build and develop a high-performing team across Product Management, Sales, and Key Account functions • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Ru0026D, Innovation, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and regulatory changes to adapt BU strategy • Act as the external face of the BU, engaging customers, associations, and industry events Responsabilidades • Visionary and inspiring leader with a people-first approach • Strong strategic thinking plus hands-on execution • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels • High resilience and adaptability to growth and change • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and deeply customer-centric • University degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Food Science, or related discipline • MBA or postgraduate studies in business management or international trade valued • Extensive Petfood industry experience including business development, product management, and key account leadership • Proven Pu0026L management, strategic execution, and market expansion • Experience in global or regional account management with multinational clients and leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams • In-depth knowledge of Petfood markets, technologies, and customer needs • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret business data • Fluency in English (C1/C2); additional Spanish or French is a plus • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and digital tools and market analysis platforms Requisitos principales •
