Your role: • Call back interested customers and keep the conversation rolling, • Proudly represent a premium automotive brand (yes, the fancy kind), • Listen carefully to customer questions, doubts, and “hmm… maybe the cheaper one?” moments, • Highlight the brand’s value and help customers feel confident saying “Yep, that’s the one!” Your qualifications: • Fluent in Dutch and English — both written and spoken, • High school diploma required (bonus points for business, communications, or automotive studies), • Some experience in customer service or sales — especially with automotive or premium products, • Great communication skills and comfortable chatting with high-end or executive-level clients The Offer: • Work remotely from anywhere in Spain after completing your training in Barcelona, • Full-time permanent contract — 39 hours per week, • Modern office in the heart of Barcelona for your training period, • Fully paid training and onboarding (we’ve got you!)
