They supply high-performance, application-driven products to OEMs and industrial manufacturers across sectors including aerospace, medical, agriculture, and marine. Main purpose Drive sales growth within a defined territory through new business development and OEM account acquisition. Identify and secure new manufacturing customers while building long-term relationships with engineering and procurement stakeholders. Key responsibilities • Manage and develop a defined sales territory in France with full responsibility for revenue growth, • Identify, target, and win new OEM and industrial manufacturing customers, • Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting (field visits, cold outreach, networking, industry events), • Engage engineering, procurement, and decision-makers to influence specifications and secure design-in opportunities, • Deliver solution-based sales aligned with customer technical requirements, • Manage the full sales cycle including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation, • Develop existing accounts while prioritising new business acquisition, • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting, • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, • Travel extensively across France, with occasional travel in Europe Candidate profile • Proven experience in B2B technical or industrial sales with strong new business development focus, • Experience selling into OEMs or manufacturing environments (design-in or application-based sales is a plus), • Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical sales experience, • Strong ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close complex deals, • Commercially driven with focus on growth, profitability, and territory development, • Confident working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong field-sales mindset, • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), • Willingness to travel extensively Package €58,000 base salary + 25% bonus + car allowance + benefits About French Selection French Selection is a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business across industries and services.
