Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités au sein de notre filiale Serma Energy, nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur Commercial Export Senior F/H. SERMA Energy a pour objectifs d’accompagner le développement des acteurs autour de la batterie haute performance, des conversions d’énergie et des applications d’e-mobility. Avec une forte croissance et afin d’adresser des marchés dynamiques (automobile, ferroviaire, maritime, aéronautique, stationnaire), la division Energy est organisée en 3 départements : • Batteries (cellules, modules,packs et BMS),, • Electronique de puissance (convertisseurs, chargeurs embarqués ou fixes) et, • Moteurs électriques Avec plus de 25.000m2 et 8 sites dédiées à ces produits entre la France et l’Espagne, nos expertises regroupent : le design, l’ingénierie, la simulation, les essais, la conception de bancs d’essais, les analyses de défaillance, les analyses laboratoire, les audits de ligne de production. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial, vous intervenez, sur les missions principales suivantes : • Prospection et développement de votre portefeuille et ouverture de nouveaux comptes à l’international (Europe & Asie) dans l’industrie par la vente de l'ensemble des prestations du Groupe, • Elaboration d'un plan d'actions commerciales avec la direction commerciale et le déployer sur votre portefeuille, • Participation aux réponses à appels d'offres, en lien avec les équipes techniques et mise en place des accords-cadres afin de fidéliser les clients., • Participer aux rencontres et évènements clients (salons, visites…), • Suivi de la satisfaction client en phase projet Votre profil Vous devez justifier d'une expérience significative d'au moins 20 ans dans le développement commercial export, acquise sur un poste similaire. L'anglais courant est obligatoire. La connaissance des marchés asiatiques constitue un atout, tout comme la connaissance du testing et des batteries. Le poste est localisé à Pessac (33) ou Guyancourt (78) et la prise de poste est prévue pour Janvier 2027. As part of the development of our activities within our subsidiary, SERMA Energy, we are looking to recruit an Export Sales Engineer (M/F). SERMA Energy’s mission is to support the development of companies and stakeholders working in the fields of high-performance batteries, energy conversion, and e-mobility applications. With strong growth and a focus on dynamic markets such as automotive, rail, maritime, aerospace, and stationary applications, the Energy division is organized into three departments: • Batteries (cells, modules, packs, and BMS), • Power Electronics (converters, on-board and stationary chargers), • Electric Motors With more than 25,000 m² of facilities and 8 sites dedicated to these products across France and Spain, our expertise covers design, engineering, simulation, testing, test bench design, failure analysis, laboratory analysis, and production line audits. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include: • Prospecting and developing your customer portfolio, as well as opening new international accounts (Europe & Asia) within the industrial sector, by selling the Group’s full range of services., • Developing a sales action plan in collaboration with the Sales Management team and implementing it across your portfolio., • Contributing to responses to tenders and RFPs, in collaboration with the technical teams, and establishing framework agreements to build long-term customer relationships., • Attending customer meetings and events, including trade shows, customer visits, and other industry events., • Monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the project phase. Your Profile You should have at least 20 years of significant experience in international business development/export sales, gained in a similar position. Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of Asian markets would be a strong asset, as would experience in testing and battery technologies. The position is based in Pessac (33) or Guyancourt (78), France, with a planned start date of January 2027.
