As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for an: International HR & Recruitment Specialist (M/F) Your Role Based in Nancy (HQ, France), you will join a dynamic HR team of 8 professionals and play a key role in supporting our international operations. Reporting to the International HR Manager, within the Global HR team led by the Global HR Director, you will act as the primary operational HR partner for Quipment's international subsidiaries, supporting managers and employees across multiple countries and cultures. The International HR & Recruitment Specialist represents high standards across several areas of Quipment International HR Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruitment, HR projects, employee support, and continuous process improvement in a fast-growing international environment. You will work closely with local managers, HR stakeholders based in Nancy, and business leaders worldwide to ensure a proactive, efficient, and people-focused HR service. Key Responsibilities International Recruitment • Coordinate recruitment processes for Quipment’s international subsidiaries, ensuring efficient and high-quality candidate experiences., • Source, identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels and talent pools., • Partner with recruitment vendors to ensure alignment with hiring expectations, timelines and Quipment's employer branding standards., • Conduct remote interviews and candidate assessments for a wide range of positions across different geographies., • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance, interview coordination, market insights and candidate recommendations., • Present Quipment’s culture, values, compensation packages and employee benefits to prospective candidates., • Prepare employment contracts and associated hiring documentation in collaboration with local stakeholders and external partners when required., • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization. International HR Operations • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees in international subsidiaries., • Support onboarding, integration, employee development, performance management and talent review processes., • Assist with international mobility and employee lifecycle activities when required., • Support local managers on day-to-day HR topics and employee-related matters. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement • Support HR transformation and organizational development initiatives., • Participate in cross-functional and international HR projects., • Help identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency., • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues across different geographies to build strong and sustainable HR solutions. What We Are Looking For • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field., • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles at an international level., • A first experience working in an international and multicultural environment is required, ideally with on-site exposure to international teams and stakeholders., • Strong international recruitment and sourcing experience, with a proven ability to attract, assess and hire talent across different countries, cultures and labor markets., • Ability to build trusted relationships with managers, candidates and stakeholders across multiple geographies, adapting effectively to diverse cultural and business environments., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., • Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and service-oriented approach., • Experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR reporting tools is a plus., • Fluent French and English required (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
