We are looking for an eCommerce Product & Tech Lead to bridge business objectives with product, tech and data execution. This role is key to turning growth priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps, working closely with Product, Acquisition, and BI teams to deliver measurable business impact. Key responsibilities • Act as the central link between business, product, technology, and data, ensuring growth ambitions are translated into scalable, high-impact solutions, • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and define clear, actionable product and optimisation priorities aligned with platform evolution, • Lead and orchestrate end-to-end product and tech execution across cross-functional teams (Product Owners, CRO, acquisition, BI), • Drive prioritisation by balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term platform scalability, • Serve as the key interface between business and engineering teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery, • Strengthen the technical and data foundations by collaborating closely with BI, • Drive improvements in tracking, data reliability, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring tools, • Ensure data is accessible, trusted, and actively used to generate actionable insights and continuous optimisation, • Provide strong people leadership by aligning, supporting, and developing cross-functional teams, • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and delivery-focused culture across product, tech, marketing, and data, • Remove blockers, clarify priorities, and enable teams to operate efficiently and autonomously, • Promote pragmatic, solution-oriented ways of working with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement Profile • 6 to 10 years of experience in managing eCommerce teams and a specific digital product, • Strong understanding of product management, traffic acquisition and conversion optimisation, • Comfortable working with technical teams and platform constraints, • Strong experience using data/BI to drive decisions and measure performance, • Ability to translate business needs into clear product priorities to enhance growth and development, • Hands-on, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset What’s in it for you • A high-impact, cross-functional role, • Close collaboration with Product, Tech, Data, and Marketing teams, • Direct contribution to revenue and GMV growth, • Data-driven and performance-focused environment, • Strong ownership and visibility on product roadmap At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
