To support our growth, we are hiring a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling software or data-driven solutions to mid-sized and large enterprise accounts. Sector: IT / SaaS / Secure Data Exchange and Integration Location: Annecy (Haute-Savoie) or Paris (Île-de-France) – flexible Territory: France / Switzerland / Belgium / Luxembourg Contract: Permanent (CDI), Full-time 💼 Responsibilities As part of the Sales team, you will drive BlueFinch-ESBD’s business development within your territory. Your key responsibilities include: • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients and partners, • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities across the full sales cycle, • Building long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels (technical, operational, and executive), • Advising clients on secure data management, integration, and automation solutions tailored to their business needs, • Collaborating closely with pre-sales, services, marketing, as well as our vendors and partners to deliver customized, value-driven solutions, • Representing BlueFinch-ESBD at industry events and maintaining strong market visibility 🎓 Qualifications To succeed in this role, you bring: • At least 5 years of experience in B2B software or IT solution sales, • A proven track record in complex, long sales cycle deals within mid-market and enterprise segments, • Solid understanding of secure data exchange, integration, or SaaS solutions, • A consultative sales approach and the ability to engage both technical and business audiences, • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, • Organizational skills, autonomy, and results-driven mindset, • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools, • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required; an additional European language is a plus 💻 Technical & Soft Skills • MFT, API, Integration, LAN, WAN, EDI, • Cloud architectures, SaaS, PaaS, • Security, compliance, GDPR, and other data protection regulations, • Data automation and encryption standards, • Reliable and customer-oriented, • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, • Analytical, structured, and consultative approach, • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, • Team spirit and collaborative mindset 💰 Benefits • OTE : 90-120K€ depending on relevant experience, • Multicultural company, • Meal vouchers (Edenred), • Employee savings plan (PEE), • Modern work environment 📝 Please send your CV and cover letter to:
