The mobility industry is undergoing one of its most significant transformations, driven by electrification, evolving customer expectations, and increased competitive pressure. In this environment, pricing has become a strategic lever to balance growth, competitiveness, and profitability. We are looking for a Senior LCV (Light Commercial Vehicules) Pricing Analyst to play a key role in defining and steering the pricing strategy of Stellantis' LCV portfolio across Enlarged Europe. Working across iconic brands including Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat Professional, and Opel, you will influence critical business decisions and support the commercial success of one of the Group's most strategic product segments. Key Responsibilities Drive Pricing Strategy & Profitability • Define and deploy pricing guidelines across European markets throughout the vehicle lifecycle., • Lead pricing activities for new model launches, model year updates, and commercial actions., • Ensure pricing decisions support profitability targets while maintaining competitiveness., • Develop business cases and recommendations balancing market positioning, customer demand, and financial performance. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis • Monitor competitor pricing strategies, promotional activities, financing offers, leasing solutions, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) positioning., • Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen Stellantis' competitive advantage., • Deliver clear analysis and recommendations to improve pricing performance and commercial effectiveness. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Regional teams., • Collaborate closely with LCV Directors, Marketing Managers, and Area Managers to support strategic decision-making., • Facilitate alignment between headquarters and local markets on pricing actions and commercial priorities. Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting • Support Budget and Forecast processes through pricing recommendations and profitability analysis., • Prepare executive presentations, pricing reviews, and performance reports for senior leadership., • Provide regular insights on market positioning, commercial performance, and profitability evolution. Profile • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or Strategic Marketing., • Strong experience within the automotive industry, commercial vehicles, industrial goods, transportation, mobility, or related sectors., • Proven ability to balance commercial performance, competitiveness, and profitability objectives., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into strategic recommendations., • Experience working in international and matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders., • Confident presenting recommendations and influencing senior leadership teams., • Fluent in English and French (additional language is a plus) What Will Make You Stand Out • Experience with Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), automotive OEMs, suppliers, truck manufacturers, or fleet businesses., • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking, TCO analysis, financing and leasing models., • Commercial acumen combined with solid economics and financial analysis capabilities., • Passion for automotive products, market dynamics, and emerging mobility trends.
