Sales Administrator – MedTech Location: Paris La Défense (On-site) Work Pattern: 80% part-time (Monday to Thursday) Language: English – daily professional use (written & spoken) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Sales Administration within a MedTech or similarly regulated industry About the Role We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing international MedTech organization based in Paris La Défense. This role is central to the efficiency and compliance of our sales operations, supporting order-to-cash activities, medical device traceability, and coordination across multiple internal teams and international customers. You will operate in a highly regulated environment, requiring precision, organization, and a strong understanding of MedTech sales processes. English is used daily for both internal and external communication. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration & Order Management • Manage the full sales order lifecycle from order entry through invoicing and delivery, • Ensure accuracy of pricing, contracts, discounts, and commercial terms, • Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely and compliant deliveries, • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales teams, • Act as the primary administrative and operational contact for the sales team, • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotations, contracts, pro forma invoices, and order confirmations, • Support tender processes and contract administration when applicable, • Interface with international customers and distributors in English, • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoicing, and documentation, • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with payment terms, • Support follow-up on overdue payments in coordination with sales and finance, • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management, • Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and MedTech regulatory requirements Required • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Administration within a MedTech company or equivalent regulated industry, • Strong experience with sales administration and order-to-cash processes, • Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily professional use, • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent), • Hands-on experience with medical device traceability, including serial numbers and/or batch management, • Solid understanding of invoicing, payment terms, and commercial processes, • Experience in an international sales environment, • Knowledge of export processes and international trade, • Familiarity with MedTech quality systems (ISO 13485, MDR concepts), • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools Personal Attributes • Highly reliable, structured, and detail-oriented, • Proactive, solution-driven mindset, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions, • Comfortable working fully on-site in Paris La Défense Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-growing international MedTech company, • Play a critical role in sales operations and regulatory compliance, • Work in a multicultural, young, and professional environment, • Modern office location in Paris La Défense
