You will join our company’s Operations Department, based at our headquarters in Villeurbanne (69). Reporting to the Director of Operations France, your main mission will be to lead site start-ups and standardize working methods across the entire territory. You will enjoy: • A dynamic group at the forefront of technology (R&D, High Tech, digital innovations, etc.), • A human-sized company offering a flexible and caring management style, • Training in our methods, processes, tools, techniques, and services Your responsibilities: • Launch Management • Ensure a strong on-site physical presence at customer sites during start-up phases., • Carry out occasional international assignments to identify and import the group’s best practices., • Get involved from the tender phase to define the target organization, costing, and deployment schedule., • Manage projects from contract signature through to the operational implementation of resources on site. • Operational Excellence: • Define the deployment strategy and design the 3-year roadmap for the French entities., • Assess site maturity and standardize Lean practices (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA)., • Deploy innovative digital tools to improve efficiency and visual management., • Provide team training and harmonize expertise across the network. Your profile: • With an engineering background, you have significant experience in continuous improvement or leading operational transformations (minimum 10 years)., • Coming from the Automotive or Aerospace sector, you have a strong command of Lean methodologies and hold a Black Belt certification. Given the group’s international scope and interactions with foreign sites, a fluent level of English (C1) is expected for this role., • Recognized for your leadership, you naturally bring multidisciplinary teams together around large-scale projects. Your autonomy and agility are essential to manage ongoing geographic mobility linked to your interventions at customer sites. Additional information: • Position available: April–May 2026, • Contract offered: Permanent contract (executive position), • Working hours: Annualized day package, • Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible (after validation of the probation period), • Salary: €70,000–€72,000 depending on profile, • Occasional travel within France, • Beyond your technical skills, we will be won over by your personality!
