Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet company standards. Ensure compliance with property regulations and health and safety standards. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation. Prepare and provide management reports, keeping senior leadership informed of property performance. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, with a solid understanding of property management processes and regulations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, suppliers, and team members. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Property management certification or qualifications would be an advantage.
