We’re looking for someone with experience menu planning, prepping and cooking excellent quality seasonal produce for take-away (then in-house as the current climate changes). Duties will also include: menu planning, ordering stock, maintaining high cleaning standards and generally running the kitchen. Typical hours will be around 7.30- 3pm 5 days a week (but must be flexible to the days this includes). This cafe is based in Richmond, London. We’re looking for someone who has high standards and attention to detail. This café offers a great selection of sourced seasonal/organic produce & ethos for using the best ingredients where possible. Our customers come back for both the coffee & food and we like to give them a great experience every time.
