We’re looking for passionate, motivated freelance personal trainers to join our team at Synergy Group Fitness, Multi-award winning gym with Multi-award winning Personal Trainer in the whole of the UK.
This is a freelance position – perfect if you have or you’re currently building your own client base and want the freedom to grow your business in a supportive, community-driven environment.

- Independent, yet connected: Have your own clients? Excellent. Still building? No problem, we’ll help by sharing your content, highlighting you in our social media, and passing over clients who align with your style.
- Flexible coverage: We would love you to be available to cover classes during holidays or staff absences, We will always throw opportunities your way, where possible.
- Transparent setup: Rent is set per month - no surprises, just straightforward and fair.
- An incredible work setting: You’ll train in a bright, airy, modern facility with the right vibe to motivate you as a coach and clients alike.
