A new opportunity has arisen to join the Management Team at Acorn Village.

Home Manage (Team Leader) of an onsite bungalow which is home to 4 residents with complex needs with varying levels of behaviours that challenge.

Do you possess the following attributes and skills to apply?

Proven background of working within the Learning Disability environment

Ability to work alongside and develop a staff team to enhance and further develop the care we provide

Ability to implement, maintain and review care plans to support person centred care

NVQ III or equivalent

A management qualification eg. Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent); if not expectation will be to undertake this qualification

Good knowledge of CQC legislation and Inspection alongside Health and Social Care Policies
