We are a warm, family-run Italian pizzeria located in the Kent / South East London area, and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us deliver authentic Italian hospitality. About the Role As our Restaurant Manager, you will take the lead in running the day-to-day operations of our pizzeria. From managing staff and ensuring top-quality service, to maintaining smooth front-of-house operations, you’ll be the friendly face of our restaurant and play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate on-site installation, refurbishment, and fit-out works for commercial kitchen and interior projects; Organise labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; Supervise site teams (builders, electricians, painters, installers) and provide day-to-day direction and support; Ensure construction quality meets company standards and complies with UK building regulations and health & safety requirements; Maintain clear communication with clients to confirm project requirements and report on progress; Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, updating senior management regularly; Develop and improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency across construction and refurbishment projects. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in construction project management, site supervision, or refurbishment works; Familiarity with factory fabrication processes or installation methods, with ability to oversee both workshop and site operations; Strong team management and coordination skills; Ability to effectively manage budgets, materials, and client expectations; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable, as many of our clients (e.g. restaurant owners) are Chinese-speaking. Desirable Experience in interior refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects; Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication or commercial kitchen equipment manufacture and installation; Ability to read construction drawings or CAD plans; Prior experience in a management role within a small or medium-sized enterprise.

Job Title: Duty Manager Objective: The Duty Manager is responsible for delivering a successful shift, ensuring that the business is operated to standards for quality and presentation of drinks, food, environment, ambience and customer service whilst maximising sales and profitability and ensuring that, policies and procedures are adhered to including security, health and safety and cash/stock control.
