Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the children. Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to support the holistic needs of each child. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
