Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities:

Answer applicants' questions regarding visa policies, procedures, and required materials, and provide professional guidance and advice.
与团队紧密合作,确保签证申请流程的顺畅进行;
Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth progress of the visa application process.
处理签证申请中的特殊情况,及时解决申请人问题;
Handle special situations in visa applications and resolve applicants' issues in a timely manner.
完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
中英文流利,具备优秀的书面与口头表达能力;
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
责任心强,具备良好的团队合作精神。细致耐心,能够高效处理签证相关事务。具备较强的学习能力,能够快速掌握签证政策及流程;
Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit. Meticulous and patient, capable of handling visa-related matters efficiently. Have strong learning ability and be able to quickly master visa policies and procedures.
熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel等);
Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.).
具备英国合法工作身份;
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
有相关工作经验者优先,欢迎优秀应届毕业生申请;
