Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries effectively are essential. Experience using CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom, CitNOW or similar dealership systems would be beneficial, although transferable experience from comparable automotive retail systems will also be considered. Experience presenting finance and insurance products in accordance with FCA requirements would be advantageous. Driving Licence Requirement A full UK driving licence is essential for conducting customer test drives and for eligibility for the company car scheme. Both manual and automatic-only licences can be considered. Hours & Pay This role operates on a 2-week rota alternating between 5 and 6 working days. Weekday working hours alternate between 8:00am–6:00pm and 8:30am–6:00pm on a 2-week rotation. Saturday hours are 8:30am–5:00pm and alternate Sundays are worked 10:00am–4:00pm. All full-day shifts (Monday to Saturday) include a 1-hour break. Sunday operates as a shorter continuous shift.
