Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Child in Need Location:Hounslow Pay Rate: 30-32per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Social Worker for its clients Child in Need in Hounslow. What will your responsibilities be • Carry out Child in Need assessments to determine the level of support required., • Develop and implement Child in Need plans in collaboration with families and professionals., • Coordinate services such as housing education and health to meet the childs needs., • Monitor progress and review plans regularly to ensure effectiveness., • Work with children who may be disabled young carers homeless or affected by parental issues (e.g. imprisonment substance misuse)., • Promote the childs welfare while supporting family stability., • Engage with families on a voluntary basis unless safeguarding concerns arise.
