Assist with the day-to-day progression of immigration, asylum, human rights and appeal files under the principal solicitor’s supervision., 2. Take client instructions, prepare accurate attendance notes and maintain organised electronic case files., 3. Review decisions and evidence, identifying missing documents and legal, procedural or evidential issues for the solicitor’s attention., 4. Research the Immigration Rules, legislation, case law, Home Office guidance and relevant country evidence as directed., 5. About Us We are a new, small, quality-led provider opening a 2 /3 bed children's home in Enfield for children aged 6-17 years with Learning Disabilities, Autism and communication needs. We will open with 1 child for the first 3 months to ensure safe settling, relationship building and quality embedding, then build to 2 children with a potential to scale up to three. Our approach is low arousal, communication first (Makaton/PECS/intensive interaction), PBS, PACE and child-centred care.
