🎥 Paid Media Creative Strategist & Producer / Head of Studio (Remote, ideally EU time zone · £50k–£75k DOE) We’re looking for a creative leader who can turn insight into scroll-stopping ads. You’ll head up our in-house studio, driving high-performance creative across paid and organic channels — from Meta to LinkedIn to YouTube. What you’ll do: • Build and run structured creative testing frameworks to find what works, • Lead a small but mighty studio (designers, editors, writers) with sharp ops and workflows, • Deliver weekly high-performing ad assets that hit growth KPIs, • Shape hooks, formats, and messaging that scale across channels, • Keep a 6-month spotlight calendar aligned to business priorities, • Champion a customer-first mindset, bringing insights into every brief What you bring: • 3–4 years in paid media creative production & testing, • Proven record improving CPA/ROAS through creative iteration, • Strong copy instincts and channel knowledge (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), • Ops mindset — comfortable managing people, workflows, and tools like Asana or Monday.com, • Data-driven, customer-obsessed, and calm under pressure 🚀 Ready to run a studio, test big ideas, and build ads that actually convert?
