£35,000 - £45,000 Revenue Manager – Saga Travel Group Salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience FT - 35 hours per week Permanent Hybrid role – 3 in-office days a week, in Enbrook Park, Folkestone. Our Market Performance team is currently seeking a Revenue Manager to play a key role in driving the commercial success of our Travel products. You’ll help shape data-driven pricing strategies, monitor sales performance, and optimise revenue and profitability across our portfolio. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Studio teams, you’ll ensure our products are positioned competitively and communicated clearly to customers. This role is ideal for someone motivated by doing the right thing for our customers, someone who can balance commercial needs with fairness, integrity, and a strong understanding of what delivers real value; you’ll be hands-on with pricing, offers, and campaign influence, building strong relationships whilst working cross-functionally to shape key decisions. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in product development, price points, and customer value. While experience in Travel or Hospitality is beneficial, we also welcome applicants from sectors that share our fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment and customer-first mindset. ** This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function. Role Responsibility • Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across assigned products., • Monitor trading performance and forecast key metrics, adjusting pricing and promotions to meet commercial targets., • Analyse sales trends, capacity and competitor activity to identify risks, opportunities and areas for optimisation., • Collaborate with Marketing, Studio and Product teams to shape effective promotional plans and clear revenue messaging., • Provide timely insight and performance updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and challenges., • Support Sales teams with clear, customer-focused pricing information and revenue communication., • Lead the creation and management of product and offer lists for promotional activity in line with trading strategy., • Champion opportunities to improve commercial efficiency, profit and customer value., • Contribute to achieving revenue, load factor and passenger targets across your product range. The Ideal Candidate, • Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and margin protection, with the ability to balance commercial needs and customer fairness., • Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data, spot trend,s and make confident, informed decisions., • Skilled at managing deadlines and working under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail., • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build relationships across multiple teams., • Comfortable owning targets and objectives, and able to stay focused on priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Confident using Excel and reservation or revenue management systems., • A customer-first approach, ensuring decisions reflect both customer value and commercial balance.
