    ✨✨ Social Media & Marketing Assistant ✨✨ 📍 Chelsea, London Part-time / Freelance Flexible Role Cinta Cafe is a neighbourhood café known for great coffee, fresh food, warm, community-focused atmosphere. We’re looking for a creative, proactive person to help us grow the brand and bring fresh energy and ideas to the business. This role goes beyond just posting on Instagram, we’re looking for someone excited by hospitality, branding, community engagement, and creating genuine buzz around the café. What You’ll Be Doing: • Creating and managing Instagram and TikTok content, • Filming and editing reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content, • Planning creative marketing ideas and campaigns, • Looking at analytics/statistics to understand what’s performing well, • Helping grow our local presence within the Chelsea community, • Brainstorming events, supper clubs, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns, • Creating exciting offers, neighbourhood deals, and loyalty ideas, • Assisting with leaflet campaigns, local advertising, and outreach, • Building and growing an email newsletter database, • Creating monthly newsletters and customer communications, • Reaching out to influencers, local businesses, and community groups, • Helping create overall excitement and visibility around the café We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Loves cafés, food, hospitality, and social media culture, • Is naturally creative and full of ideas, • Understands Instagram, TikTok, and current trends, • Is confident filming and editing content, • Has strong initiative and enjoys thinking outside the box, • Is organised, proactive, and self-motivated, • Understands branding and customer experience, • Is friendly, approachable, and enjoys being around people Bonus If You Have: • Hospitality or café experience, • Experience running social media accounts for brands, • Photography or videography skills, • Experience with email marketing/newsletters, • Basic understanding of analytics and marketing performance We’re a small, supportive team and are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help grow an independent café brand with lots of personality and potential.
