Our Vision We know from experience that B2B tech start-ups and scale-ups operate in a ‘new world’ with different rules and at a different pace from ‘ordinary’ companies. We get that everything is urgent, priorities are fluid, pressures are constant and capacity is constrained. We see that complexity is baked in and propositions are hard to untangle. We know their leadership are wearing multiple hats and work is rarely 9-5. And most importantly, we understand why they’re doing it. We believe in the power of dreams. We know they’re capable of propelling us to greater heights than we ever thought possible. But we see too many dreams fade because of complexity, shrink through lack of attention, or evaporate when a potentially powerful story fails to land. We won’t let that happen. Too Many Dreams are limited. Don’t let yours be one. Compassionate Candour We will always be open and honest in our opinions, but these will be grounded in a compassionate understanding of your unique situation. This isn’t ‘radical candour’. And it’s not about always agreeing. It is personal and professional geniality. Artistic Passion We care. About the work, our clients and each other. We approach our work like artists and strive to be agents of positive change. We believe in the emotional labour, hard work and time necessary to achieve greatness. No shortcuts. Applied Expertise We are proud of the knowledge we have built up over our careers and share this freely with our clients, colleagues and partners. However, we never BS. If we don’t know the answer, we will tell you. And we will then find someone within our network who does. Connected Craftsmanship We are thinkers and we are doers. One cannot be successful without the other. We apply critical thinking first, connecting the dots between ideas. And then we act, with discernment.
