You’ll provide domain expertise to assess risks, develop technical security controls, generate evidence for certification, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This hands-on, technical role is deeply embedded in engineering and digital development activities, supporting evidence generation for Cybersecurity Airworthiness (DO-326B / ED-202B and related standards). \n \n Core Duties\n \n • Apply product security requirements to system and subsystem design, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory standards.\n, • Produce and maintain product security engineering artifacts, including risk assessments and security posture statements.\n, • Execute processes defined within the Product Security Management System (PSMS) and propose improvements when gaps are identified.\n, • Support evidence generation required for Cybersecurity.\n, • Conduct security analyses, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments within the digital engineering environment.\n, • Support incident investigations and maintain accurate records of product-security-relevant decisions.\n \n \n Essential Skills\n \n, • Experience in product, system, or cyber security engineering industries (Internal BAE Systems training is available for Product Security specialization).\n, • Awareness of secure-by-design principles, threat modeling, risk assessment methodologies, and security control design.\n, • Practical knowledge of security policies, standards, and good practice frameworks in highly regulated industries.\n #LI-JE1 \n #LI-Hybrid \n
