About the Company You will be joining an established, multi-site provider of specialist Mental health and learning disability residential and nursing services across England. The organisation operates community-based homes and is committed to person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within CQC-regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, values-led leadership and overall operational management of the service. Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee audits, supervisions, appraisals, recruitment, and rota management. Drive continuous improvement and deliver agreed KPI outcomes. About You Experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing service. Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, or working towards it.
